1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ytfinder ("the Service"), operated by Lamacorn (SASU, France), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ytfinder is a SaaS platform that helps users discover viral YouTube niches and channels using data analysis, outlier detection, and AI-powered tools. The Service includes a dashboard, video and channel scanners, a title analyzer, a script remix tool, and a weekly newsletter.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Free plan: limited to the weekly newsletter. No dashboard access.
  • Discover plan: one-time lifetime payment. Grants permanent access to the dashboard and all Discover features.
  • Creator plan: monthly subscription. Includes all Discover features plus Title Analyzer AI and Script Remix AI.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in USD and may change at any time. Existing lifetime purchases are not affected by price changes.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact us at hello@ytfinder.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

After 14 days, refunds are not available for the Discover lifetime plan. Creator monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time — you will retain access until the end of your billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the Service.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service.
  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ytfinder are owned by Lamacorn (SASU) and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. YouTube data displayed on the platform is sourced from the YouTube API and remains the property of YouTube / Google.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or views from using ytfinder. YouTube metrics and outlier scores are based on publicly available data and algorithmic analysis — they are informational tools, not guarantees of success.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lamacorn (SASU) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
